The makeup how-to lesson begins with preparations. You should prepare foundation, concealer, blush, eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, and lipstick. Before you start applying make up, your face should be clean and free of excess oils. The first step is to properly apply foundation. Choose a foundation that is close to your skin color and use a foundation brush will ensure you do not apply too much. Next, use Concealer to diminish blemishes on your skin, including actual blemishes, dark spots, under eye circles, or age spots. Besides, apply your blush. Start at your cheekbone; brush the blush from your hair line downwards to the apple of the cheek. If you can not find the best location for cheek color, then all you have to do is smile. As for eye make up, the following is basic and will work for everyone. First, apply your highlight color to your brow bone and the lid. Apply just a dab to the duct of the eye which will help wake you up and draw more attention to your eyes. Second, use an eye crease brush and start on the outer corner of the eye and sweep the mid tone into the crease of the eye. Go back in a circular motion to blend with the highlight color.. Next, apply the contour color by starting on the outer corner again and go along the lash line, about two-thirds of the way. Then go back up and into the crease and blend with the mid tone. When it is time to apply makeup on the lip, please start by lining your lips with a neutral colored pencil. You can follow your natural lip line or go slightly outside of your lip line if you have thin lips.
