How to Take a Shower the Right Way
If you want to clean yourself and make yourself healthier, you have to take a shower or bath everyday. But if you are in a hurry or if the weather is warm, taking a shower is the more popular option. This type of cleaning is when you go under a spray of water to wash the dirt and sweat off your skin and hair. Of course, this might be too basic for you but some people still do it the wrong way. You have to know how to take a shower properly for you to be able to clean yourself and to make sure that you smell good. Taking a shower also makes you healthier because it kills germs and other micro organisms that can cause diseases such as skin problems.

• Take off your dirty clothes. You can bring with you your clean clothes but make sure that you do not put them in an area where they will easily get wet.
• Turn on the shower. Check the temperature of the water. Make sure it is not scalding hot or ice cold. Check it with your hands first before you step into the spray of water.
• Wash your hair and your whole body thoroughly to remove sweat and dirt. Once you are sure that your head and body are completely wet, you can now shampoo your hair. Massage enough amount of shampoo on your scalp.
• You can now rinse your head to remove the suds off your hair. Wash your face with your facial soap. Use a soft washcloth to wash your body with soap. Scrub yourself using the washcloth with your soap wrapped into it. Scrub all areas of your body.
• Wash your body thoroughly under the shower. Remove all excess soap and suds. Once you are sure your head and body are thoroughly rinsed, turn off the shower and wrap yourself in a terrycloth towel to dry your hair and body.
