Hyperhidrosis
Hyperhidrosis is a condition of the body wherein you sweat abnormally. The exact cause of this condition is still unknown in the world of medicine. Obviously, the symptom of this is excessive perspiration that might eventually lead to emitting unlikable smell.
There are two kinds of Hyperhidrosis, primary and secondary. Primary is often inherited by the family or appear in early adolescence period. While the latter one is caused by other things such as anxiety, heart disease, caffeine, problems with blood sugar levels and other sickness.
This kind of illness is a nuisance for a person who has it. This might interfere a lot in his life. A person who has this would sweat a lot. For example, it would be embarrassing for him to raise his arms because people might see his wet armpit. Another situation is when his hands are sweating a lot. This would probably stop him from shaking people’s hands. Excessive sweating also of the feet will emit a bad odor. Being in this kind of situation is really hard.
So what are the things to be done in order to avoid embarrassment? A person with Hyperhidrosis can wear something comfortable where he can move freely. If he is wearing a loose shirt, air could pass and this would dry his sweat. He should also wash his clothes properly to eliminate smell and bacteria that accumulated on it. He should also make sure that the every piece of clothing he would wear is dry especially socks and shoes. There are also anti-perspirant roll-ons and powder out in the stores.
Having something like this is not a very good feeling but a person can do something about this. You cannot control the sweat but you can still have a good hygiene. You should also eat healthy food and have a healthy lifestyle. Avoid too much alcohol and caffeine because with too much of these, you could emit a very bad smell. So always do things moderately. In case of severe cases, you could consult a doctor and seek for their advice. They can also provide you different medications.
